Verhelst-Agri is a family business, specialized in offering a large number of quality products, such as high-quality animal feed, grains, fertilizers, seeds, phyto products, foils for both agriculture and livestock farming. In addition, Verhelst-Agri NV offers various solutions to industrial customers for storage and goods handling under the name STORHA. For this we are looking for a responsible for our sites in Mater and Kerkhove.
Function
Verhelst-Agri / STORHA
Responsible for storage, management and planning at one or more sites in East Flanders.
Together with your colleagues, you look for the best storage options for incoming orders.
You plan the times when the goods can be delivered/collected.
Upon receipt, you check the loading documents and the goods for quality requirements and determine in which silo or location they should best be stored.
Collecting and maintaining the necessary data to achieve perfect traceability.
Unloading of trucks and containers
Loading trucks (possibly with a forklift or telehandler)
You report to the managing director, with whom you work closely.
Profile
Verhelst-Agri / STORHA
You have an independent and enterprising personality.
You have a higher degree, preferably in an agricultural related field or you have experience in a similar position.
You take initiative, are involved and play quickly on the ball. You know how to set your priorities, are quality-minded, flexible and hands-on.
You are also involved in the operation of the company.
You are proficient in MS Office.
Versatile interest and affinity with the agricultural sector.
